Muay Thai

Muay Thai, the respectful way.

Calm, technical coaching for every level, including people who have never trained. Sessions begin with the wai kru, a traditional way of showing respect to your teacher. No fights, no pressure, nothing to prove.

  • A Muay Thai student wrapping his hands with blue wraps beside the ring

    Wrapping up

Hands wrapped with care before every session.

  • A Thai coach in gloves facing his student during a class in a Muay Thai gym in Chiang Mai, Thailand

    Pad work

Technique and footwork with a coach, at your pace.

  • Two men doing a partner leg stretch in an open field in Thailand

    Cooling down

A slow stretch and a slower breath to finish.

  • Every level, from your first session
  • Sparring optional, light and controlled, never required
  • Rest days built into every week

Yoga

Yoga, at the island's pace.

Gentle, guided classes for every body and every level, including your very first one. Breathe, stretch and slow down in an open-air space with the sounds of the island around you. No experience or flexibility needed.

  • A woman stretching her arms overhead in the morning light among palm trees in Rayong, Thailand

    Morning flow

Wake up slowly with breath and easy movement while the island warms up.

  • Students in a group yoga class in an open-air wooden pavilion surrounded by greenery in West Java, Indonesia

    Open-air classes

Small groups in a shaded pavilion, with a teacher who adapts every pose to you.

  • A woman sitting cross-legged with her hands together at the edge of a pool among palm trees in Indonesia

    Rest and stillness

Every class ends with a few quiet minutes to sit, breathe and be still.

  • Beginners welcome, no flexibility needed
  • Props and options for every body
  • Pairs well with Muay Thai: train in the morning, stretch in the evening

Buddhist temple experience

A quiet, respectful guest experience.

We arrange a guided, respectful temple experience with a partner temple: the logistics, a local guide and an etiquette briefing before you go.

Temples are places of practice, not attractions. The temple sets its own rules, schedule and donation customs, and guests take part as respectful visitors.

What it can include

  1. Monk chatAn informal conversation with a monk about daily life and practice.
  2. Morning alms observationQuietly observing the morning alms round, where the temple welcomes it.
  3. Meditation instructionSitting and walking meditation. Beginners welcome.
  4. A short temple stayWhere possible, following the temple's daily routine.
  5. Dhamma talksWhen offered by the temple.

Etiquette and what to bring

  • Clothes that cover shoulders and knees
  • Shoes off where asked; feet never pointed at people or images
  • Quiet voices, phones away; photos only where allowed
  • A small donation is customary, never required

Elements depend on what the temple offers.

What a day can look like.

Every journey includes a private bungalow, 3 Thai meals a day, a pre-arrival briefing and on-island support, plus the classes of your focus: Muay Thai (group Muay Thai 6 days a week), Yoga (6 group yoga classes a week) or Wellness (3 group Muay Thai + 3 group yoga classes a week). Sundays are off. Flights aren't included; we can arrange your airport & ferry transfer on request.

How much does a journey cost?

1 Week €650 · 2 Weeks €1,190 · 1 Month €1,840, per person, and the price is the same for Muay Thai, Yoga or Wellness. It includes your private bungalow, 3 Thai meals a day, the group classes of your focus and on-island support. How does booking work?

Choose your focus, your stay and any extras, then send a booking request. No payment is needed at this point. We check availability and email you to confirm. To secure your booking, we then email you a secure card payment link for the deposit; the amount is in that email. Do I need a visa?

It depends on your passport and length of stay. We can share general information to help you prepare, but it isn't legal advice and we can't guarantee any outcome. Please confirm with the relevant embassy or immigration office.

How fit do I need to be?

You don't need to be fit to start. Intensity is adjusted to you and every journey includes rest. If you have an injury or a medical condition, please check with your doctor before you travel and let us know.

What is the temple experience like?

A guided, quiet guest experience at a partner temple, with an etiquette briefing beforehand. The temple sets its own rules, schedule and donation customs, and what's possible depends on what it offers.
